If riding the metro without any pants on is a recurring nightmare that your mind simply won’t shake, you’ve finally got a chance for some immersion therapy.

In brief, during the No Pants Subway Ride attendees will ride various metro lines wearing all of their normal winter clothes but with the minor exception of missing pants. Throughout the ride, participants will act as if nothing is out of the ordinary! The key is to have fun, not to offend.

The meeting point is the horse statue at the top of Václavské náměstí between 4.30 pm and 5 pm. De-clothing will take place a few minutes before 5 pm and then people will head into the metro.

Participants will ride around on the metro for about one hour, probably just doing the loop between Muzeum, Mustek, and Florenc, before heading for a refreshing drink around Namesti Miru at 6.30 pm.

The no pants rides started out as a harmless prank in New York City, and has since spread across the world, with dozens of cities participating every winter.
