An oasis of calm in an otherwise busy terminal alongside privacy and comfort prior to the scheduled departure to be offered to passengers at the new Airport FastTrack Lounge, which will be open to the general public in the Terminal 2 non-restricted area in July 2021.
The lounge visit includes refreshments and a passage through a separate security screening track.
“Our goal is to make the passage through the airport before the departure easier and more pleasant for travellers. A visit to the lounge will thus become a unique benefit for demanding clients, ensuring their comfort and convenience while waiting for their scheduled departure in a pleasant environment with professional personalised care by the lounge staff,” Jakub Puchalský, Member of the Prague Airport Board of Directors, said.
In addition, clients can choose from a wide range of newspapers and magazines, watch TV and use free wireless internet access and showers. The lounge is also ready for young visitors who can play at the children’s corner.
There is also a private lounge for business meetings and negotiations, which can be booked subject to a fee.
A single visit to the lounge is CZK 850. Clients of Prague Airport contractual partners will be provided discounts or complimentary visits to the lounge.
The services of the new lounge, located in the public area of Terminal 2, can also be used by passengers who purchase a visit on the spot. Visits of children under 14 years of age are subject to a discount of CZK 400, while children under three years of age visit the lounge for free.
Clients of contractual partners enjoy discounted prices of all airport premium services, namely the Private Check-in Service, Meet and Assist and VIP Parking.
ADDITIONAL LOUNGE SERVICES
PRIVATE CHECK-IN SERVICE
A service of individual private check-in of lounge guests and their baggage. Lounge visitors arrive at the information desk located in the departure hall, where the lounge agent collects their baggage and travel documents.
Next, they proceed to the lounge comfortable environment. The agent handles all check-in procedures and returns travel documents to visitors in the lounge. The passengers then proceed via the FastTrack security screening to the departure gate for their scheduled departure.
The service is subject to reservations made at least 24 hours prior to the departure and is only available for departures from Terminal 2 to destinations within the Schengen Area.
MEET and ASSIST
This complementary service ensures a comfortable and smooth passage through the airport when the client is accompanied by a VIP service agent from the departure hall to the aircraft and provided the necessary assistance.
The service also includes the option of assisted shopping in duty-free shops. It is subject to reservations made at least 24 hours prior to the departure and is not offered as a separate product.
A parking place directly besides the terminal building provides a speedy passage to the check-in area and subsequent use of the FastTrack Lounge. Clients do not waste time and enjoy maximum comfort.
The service also includes the option of long-term parking. The capacity of the VIP parking place is limited, the service is subject to reservations made at least 24 hours in advance.
