Celebrate the coming decade properly and in style. Carlo IV, the beautiful palatial hotel just on the corner of Senovážné náměstí prepared a great gala evening in its majestic surroundings to ring in the New Year.
The host of the evening is the popular Czech singer, Jan Smigmator, who sang a duet with Michael Buble at his recent concert in Prague. Part of the evening will be dedicated to Frank Sinatra‘s songs. The performance will be unique since this is the only chance where to still see Jan Smigmator & Swinging Q – all Christmas concerts are sold out!
The food is another story! Culinary delicacies from the team of Executive chef, Jan Knedla, will make it a gourmet affair. The delicious buffet includes a wide variety of starters, a carving station with beef flank steaks, roasted lamb, herb-crusted salmon and much more, selection of main dishes and the pastry selection is to die for! All this complemented by great wines, beer, and midnight toast!
If you crave even more delicacies and privacy, there is The Vault, a real hidden gem of the hotel transformed from the original vault which was here in 1895 when the hotel was the first Mortgage bank in the Czech Lands. On the last day of the year, it will serve as a VIP salon offering premium cognacs, wines, and delicacies.
By the way, the hotel’s magnificent lobby where you can have your midnight toast was used in many movies, most recently in the latest Spiderman Far From Home or you could see Matt Damon here visiting the American Embassy (the hotel) in the first Jason Bourne film.
There are still few tickets left so book them now before it is too late. It will be an affair to remember!
