Prague City Hall has launched a new website with ads for the rental and sale of real estate owned by the city. There are both residential and commercial properties.
Gradually the site www.realitniportalpraha.cz will be replenished with new announcements. Users have already the opportunity to subscribe to an e-mail newsletter.
“The real estate portal is a next step in the direction of making operations with urban real estate as transparent as possible. It’s much more convenient to use the new online service than looking for ads on the classic message boards in the City Hall,” said Cultural Council Karel Grabein-Procházka.
