Have you already heard of rolled ice cream? It’s prepared on a special freezing plate right in front of your eyes! So where should you go to get this cool icecream? Definitely to Rolls Bros!
We visited the one in Manifesto Market in Florenc – there is also one near Wenceslas square and Stromovka shopping mall. So how does it work? You can choose between three different bases – cream, yogurt, or vegan coconut base.
You can choose up to three ingredients (strawberries, blueberries, Raffaello, Kinder Bueno, lotus cookies…) and you can also get a toping, f.e. Nutella. We tried all three bases and they were all DELICIOUS – the best combination was coconut base with Rafaello and pineapple, you should definitely try this one!
A combination of yogurt base with forest fruits was fresh and not so sweet, on the contrary, cream base with Kinder Bueno and strawberries was pleasantly sweet.
We’ve come across this special type of ice cream a few years ago when we were on vacation abroad and we loved it, so we are really happy that we have such a good one in Prague as well. During the weekends they have a special icecream brunch – rolled ice cream with waffles.
