Coronavirus forced businesses to adapt in order to survive these trying times, offering among others, discounts, free delivery, delivery menus on Wolt and Uber Eats.
One of them is Oliveira – Wine Tapas Market – an authentic bit of Portugal in Prague. This cozy bistro offers a large portfolio of Portuguese wines, typical groceries, like cheeses, sausages, cod-fish, marmalades.
“Oliveira is the manifestation of my saudade of how much I miss my roots and the beautiful countryside, traditions and amazing food of Portugal. We have a wide range of products and of course, the famous pastel de nata!” said the owner Fabio Oliveira.
“In addition, we sell other Portuguese products which we import from smaller regional producers,” added Mr. Oliveira.
Although this bistro is not providing during these weeks the full menu, they prepared a few nice things for Prague customers:

- FREE delivery for orders above CZK 1000
- 10% discount on all wine boxes
“We are all in this new situation. But the wave of solidarity, touching moments with our clients, familiars, friends, and strangers keeps us positive, and we also want to give it back somehow,” added Oliveira.
Oliveira imports directly from Portugal port wines, full red and white wines as well as unique vinho verde (green wine).
