The Museum station on the Metro A line in now open in both directions. The platform had been closed in the direction of Nemocnice Motol since Jan. 3, 2018. In the last half of 2017, the opposite platform in the direction of Depo Hostivař was closed.
People can now transfer to the Metro C line without having to backtrack from Můstek. The exact reopening date was not announced until May 18, after a final inspection was made. During the closure, tiles on the walls were replaced and adjustments were made to the lighting.
Some work, though, will still be done over the summer and this will require the whole station to be closed on two occasions, the weekends of June 23–24 and again on July 22–23.
