A school is imperative to a child’s development, playing an essential role in their physical and mental growth.

As the famous phrase goes, the children of today are the adults of tomorrow.

That is why teaching, and the overall community, at Meridian International School, located in the sheltered area of Kobylisy in Prague, is so special.

With over 450 children from 64 different nationalities attending, their approach to diversity creates a safe and friendly environment, standing out amongst Prague’s other international schools.

Fostering inclusion and awareness around multiculturalism benefits students of all different backgrounds and encourages acceptance so they are later equipped to thrive in our diverse world.

Children in the Meridian community meet people from new cultures and learn from others, in their cosy class sizes, creating cherished friendships from all over the world in a rich and informative environment.

Amongst other things, the school is also unique for offering a full Cambridge Education, from early years to graduation, ensuring an outstanding educational experience for Czech and international students alike.

Already used by over 10,000 schools in 160 countries worldwide, this specific British curriculum is international in philosophy and approach but can be tailored to the local context. Their international qualifications are also widely accepted and recognised around the world.
