You will now get your chance! Comic-Con is coming to Prague for the first time and this is something that you do not want to miss. You will be able to meet a wide range of actors, comic creators, and other artists at a single festival.
“We look forward to introducing actors like Ron Perlman, Casic Van Dien, Ian McElhinney from Game of Thrones, comic writers, and other guests,” says Václav Pravda, program director of the festival.
The auspices of Comic-Con Prague 2020 were taken over by Zdeněk Hřib, Mayor of Prague: “Many of us know the Comic-Con festival, for example through the TV series The Big Bang Theory. I am glad that similar events are gradually taking place in Prague as well because there are a lot of pop culture and comics fans here. ”
What exactly is Comic-Con?
The festival focuses on films, series, games, comic strips, and books in the science-fiction, fantasy and horror genres.
This is a perfect event for fans of sci-fi, comic books, games, anime, books, music, and costumes. Included will be gaming tournaments, film screenings, workshops, lectures, various competitions, presentations, exhibitions, and concerts.
Comic-Con has been popular all over the world. The first festival took place in the United States in 1970 and since then it has turned into an important world event.
