A man was handcuffed on 23rd of April at the metro station Florenc. The reason that he got handcuffed was that he failed to show his ID, so the police took him down put handcuffs on him and started to be aggressive.

“The man was very scared and he was shouting for help, that’s why I started recording and wanted to help”, said one of the witnesses.

All you can see in the video is the man being taken down and handcuffed but unfortunately we cannot see what happened before.

If there are any other reasons why the police acted this way then they are unknown so far but they are now being investigated further by the authorities.
