Starting from October 2018, Prague residents will be able to fly into Paris with greater ease.

Ryanair, the popular low-cost airline, today announced that it will launch new service to Paris Beauvais Airport (BVA). From late October 2018, there will be Ryanair Boeing 737 trips, twice a week from Vaclav Havel Airport.

From Prague Airport, passengers can fly to three international airports in Paris - Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais when it opens. Service to Beauvais discontinued from Prague in 2009/2010.

Paris being a major European city and a global hub for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture has long been one of the most popular destinations.

In 2017, 846 977 passengers traveled from Prague to Paris which was an increment of 6.6% from 2016. It is expected that a new route per year will benefit more than 34,000 people in both directions. Ticket sales information will be available by the carrier next month.
