Sunday, March 11, was really warm in the whole Czech Republic. Record temperatures were recorded in 17 out of 147 meteorological stations of the country. 

The warmest was recorded in the centre of Prague - as well as in Dobřichov, Pruhonice and Plzeň - 19.5° degrees Celsius. On March 11, 2002, the air warmed to 18.8° degrees Celsius.

According to the weather forecasters, spring will slow down and by the end of the coming week in the country, the temperature will gradually cool to 5 - 8° degrees Celsius.

Today is expected to be mostly cloudy and daytime temperatures should reach 10 degrees Celsius.
